This was a great rental experience and we had an amazing trip to Colorado. Tony disclosed a few minor issues with the RV before we left. The generator struggled with overheating and shutting off while driving but we concluded it was the 100-degree temps as we drove across the country. We started cycling it off and on for 15 minutes at a time and it worked much better. The RV was very clean when we picked it up and Tony provided fresh linens for the beds. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The sensors for the grey and black tanks were not quite accurate but in our experience this happens with almost all RVs as they are very sensitive. Really not an issue as we were hooked up to sewer during most of our stay. Tony shared an app with us that controlled the entire motor home from my phone which was pretty handy. All in all a great RV! Thank you, Tony.

Good morning, it started off with all the things that did not work in the RV. The driver seat does not adjust forward making it very uncomfortable to drive extending the body with a bed pillow. The generator will not run constantly have to restart it. DVD player does not work. The floor seal around the motor leaks while driving in the rain causing water to flow down the center of the RV. There are more rattles in this RV, loose screws overhead lighting Fridge raider lock, blind does not retract, resting track for overhead bed screws are backed out from factory, side wall drain, phone holder not attached to wall, all explained by the owner to us that they were unable to get it fixed prior to our rental they never reached out to allow us to rent it from another family just allowed us to show up on the day of our vacation. Go enjoy your trip. Yes, Tony did respond to us about the generator not working after I reached out to him and told him what was happening he said he was well aware of it it was happening to the prior tenant that ran at the RV not cool. But with any time off you continue your travels we did enjoy the floor plan of the RV but not the overall make of the RV motor is oh undersized for itself struggles loudly and the RPMs raging loudly throughout the coach and a very rough ride steering has a inch to 3 inch play in it at all times. RV looked clean until you are standing on the outside and looking in and somebody is reclined in the reclining chair and underneath is filled with sand crumbs and cereal. After dropping the RV off the host was not there to receive our return nor has replied to any of my messages so no instructions that they would or would not be there. But they need to be there they have my keys to my car because my car was said to be safe but,, not so safe because I think the family had a Fourth of July party and all they were ash and fireworks landed on the car is stuck to the car and burnt through the clearcoat. Not cool won’t be re-renting this coach. Also the indicator for the black water and gray water was at 33% the owner did tell us that the black water don’t pay attention it’s not working because there’s debris on the bottom of the tank so it’s not reading correctly the first time we use the facility it stunk hi heavens there was no deodorizer or balancer available to put in the tank so we had to stop to get something to put in the tank. We also stopped at Love gas station and paid $10 to have it empty and of course it would not empty so we chose not to use it which was a very bad inconvenience.

Beautiful new RV for an over 2,000 mile trip. The owner, Tony, was absolutely amazing and definitely made our experience the best.
