Our RV Travel trailer is a simple, comfy little home on wheels. It was literally our home for a year while we built our current home. I loved living in here, its comfy and easy to clean up. And I still enjoy taking it out occasionally, when work-life balance makes it possible. Now with that said, it isn't perfect nor brand new. Although we have taken great care of our RV we have slightly modified/adjusted a few things to work best for us. For instance, the dinette table cannot be made into a bed any longer. Although, another option could be to dissasemble the table (very easy) and an air mattress can be placed in the area for additional sleeping (we don't currently provide an airmattress). The oven doesn't work (we just never needed it) and the electric water heater isn't working, but don't worry.... as long as you have propane, the water heater will function for you, as well as the stove and general heater. What's includedIncluded:Mattress protectors on all mattresses, and futon cover.
Brita water filter pitcher,
Electrical kettle, small crock pot, small smoothie blender, pantry containers, some disposable silverware, plastic washable cups, grilling spatula, some hangers, some board games, and other little extras. Also, first Aid kit and fire extinguisher.
Provided For cleaning: Broom, hand vacuum, dish soap.
Not Included: No linens, towels or blankets are provided. For cooking: besides the stove, there is a small charcoal Camping grill. 2 propane tanks are included. You are responsible to fill them. RecommendationsI'd suggest disposable plates, napkins and bring special utensils you plan to use/need. Lawn/camping chairs.
Blankets, linens, towels as you see necessary. Septic safe products such as toilet paper, and soaps (although we ask that you try to not throw any toilet paper in the toilet it tends to stick in the walls of the black tank) Other things to noteLas Vegas has so much adventure to explore, as well as neighboring states! You need your own truck, and we will do a complete walk through to explain all tge ins and outs. As well as be available to you 24/7 via call or text if you have concerns and questions throughout! Please be gentle and mindful with our RV. There is to be NO SMOKING inside the RV, and Pets should not be left alone to roam free in the RV if you have to leave them alone for any reason, they should be in a kennel, (I hate to have to ask this because we love our furry family members, but I don't want them getting anxiety in an unfamiliar environment and tearing something apart while unsupervised)
