- Please confirm camper is available before booking your site
- When making reservation make sure that site can accommodate up to a 34ft trailer (we will need to confirm this before delivery)
- Camper runs on 30 or 50 amp power and is needed to run A/C ,microwave, and plugs-No Hookups No Power. Lights will run limited on battery
- Once booking is complete we will exchange contact info and discuss your reservation and camping plan/schedule
- Paperwork, deposit, and payment are made in advance-Upon arrival- We level the camper and complete all required hookups upon delivery to your campsite.
- Then will do a walk-around with renter for operation and condition of camper.
- Once your trip is done we will again do a walk-around and disconnect the camper from your site prior to your check-out time.- If full RV hookups are not available:
-Air conditioning and microwave cannot run without power hook up
- Fresh Water tank will be filled prior to delivery- for use of toilet, sinks, and shower
-Refrigerator, Stove, and Hot Water will work using on-board propane tanks- for added fee
- Grey and Black holding tanks will last only a couple days without emptying, and less if showers are taken.
- State Parks often have limited hook-ups or none at all, and a dumping station on-premises.
-Please clean out fridge, pantry, and empty all trash and remove any leftover food and snacks -If it is not completed prior to our arrival, we will perform the clean out off-site and an additional $25 fee if camper isn't left as it was found.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, or VAPING inside the camper- Awning should be lowered or rolled up during windy weather to prevent damage.
