The van was as described. The host was very reaponssive and understanding of all of our concerns. They even refunded the prep fee due to there being some issues with cleaniliness. The floor was dusty and there was literal trash under the bed in the back. There was also a lot of dog hair all over the van, in the bed etc so if you are allergic I would look elsewhere. I am agoraphobic and needed a van with a bed and bathroom to go 25 minutes down the street to see my grandmother at a nursing home that we just moved her into. I (Lea) unfortunately was not able to go because the AC in the van was not running well enough to cool off the entire van. We did not attempt to use the camper Van AC unit in the back as it required Ice and water to work and we weren't willing to spend any additional money for this trip. My mother and my gf (Jasmine) were able to go see my grandmother and spend time with her while video calling me so that I could be included. This was unfortunately not the rental for me but the hosts response time and understanding was A1.

The owner was very nice and communicated with me through the process and Wandervans is a great place to rent an RV!
