Review summary
Mixed communication and reliability
While some praised Simon's responsiveness and helpfulness, others experienced last-minute cancellations, unresponsive communication post-delivery, and delivery of dirty, faulty vehicles with undisclosed issues.
Frequent undisclosed maintenance issues
Many rentals arrived dirty with non-functional outlets, microwave, stove, refrigerators, and leaking plumbing. Common problems also included broken slide-outs, full waste tanks, and missing amenities, despite the AC often working.
