This is a brand new RV only used twice. Can sleep 8-10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer. 2 TV with DVD option. Indoor and outdoor shower. Large easy pullout awning to keep you cool from the sun. Very easy to drive. Spacious and comfortable. Includes 2 slide outs to give even more space. Small pets ok for an extra $50 pet fee *** Please note: This RV cannot be used on the sand. What's includedCoffee maker, toaster , DVD player tv in room and Tv in living room ,Fresh linens , pillows blankets , folding table and 4 chairs , pots pans , dish soap , hand soap , a bike rack available (please let us know ahead if u want the bike rack )

Jimmy was very helpful and we enjoyed the Rv very much. Jimmy keeps everything in it that you might need on your vacation. The only thing was that the shade needs repair and we were not able to use it, other than that everything was great.

Jimmy perfect host. First time renting an RV but Jimmy has been super kind to offer initial set up and instructions. Also very flexible on meeting time (pick up and drop off) and accommodating trip and family needs. Super kind and nice. RV well maintained and full of anything needed for a family vacay. Really enjoyed and had a lot of fun. Surely recommended! Matteo
