- NO PETS IN NON PET UNITS. SELECT UNITS ARE PET FRIENDLY. ($500 EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE WILL APPLY)
- NO ROOF ACCESS
- AWNINGS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AT NIGHT AND WHILE AWAY FROM THE RV FOR LONGER THAN 20 MIN. (ARV Rentals has the right to refuse awning usage to anyone for any reason)
- NO OFF ROAD USE
- IF THE A/C IS ON, DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR OR WINDOWS OPEN. (condensation will build and freeze up the a/c unit)
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE HOLD TOILET PAPER OR FEMININE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. ($250 Tank Cleaning Fee WILL APPLY)
- IN THE EVENT OF PROPANE NEEDING REFILLED, PLEASE DO NOT EXHANGE OEM PROPANE CYLINDERS. ONLY REFILL!! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD FOR THE COST OF A NEW CYLINDER.
