Miles was great. He was helpful, flexible, and accommodating. We found the van very comfortable with a comfy bed and very nice refrigerator, freezer, sink, stove and oven. It is definitely unique, with lovely woodwork inside and art outside (which makes it easy to locate in a sea of RVs and camper vans). It served us very well at the Strawberry Music Festival in Grass Valley. We did not have to drive far to get there. If we were driving a far distance, the passenger seat (a jump seat) would not have been very comfortable. It drives like a truck, which was fine with us. Overall, we were quite pleased, especially when it rained.
