****Winterization Notice****To protect the plumbing system during freezing temperatures, the van will be winterized anytime the weather is expected to drop below 30°F around your rental dates. When the van is winterized, the onboard water system (sink, shower, and water heater) will not be operational.For your convenience, I’ll provide a 2.5-gallon water jug with an electric pump and a dish basin so you can still wash dishes and have access to water for basic needs. Please go adventure, go explore, and go have fun! We love festivals and tailgates and off-roading adventures, but in order to keep the STINK going strong, we need to steer clear of the below things!
• No climbing on roof.
• No smoking.
• No taking to festivals.
• No tailgating.
• No off roading.
Pet Policy 🐾
STINK welcomes all well-behaved, house-trained dogs—but we’ve gotta lay down some ground rules to keep the van fresh and damage-free for everyone:
• Only house-trained/potty-trained dogs are allowed. No exceptions.
• No wet or muddy pets inside the van. Please dry your pup thoroughly and wipe off paws (mud, water, dirt, snow) before letting them in.
• No pets on the dining cushions.
• No pets on the bed unless they’re on a towel, blanket, or dog mat brought specifically for them.Do not leave pets unattended in the van. Even the chillest dogs can get anxious in a new space and may scratch or damage the interior trying to get out.
• Clean up all pet hair, paw prints, and messes before returning the van.
****If any pet-related damage or excessive mess is found after your trip, additional cleaning or repair fees will apply. Thanks for being a responsible pet parent and helping keep STINK ready for the next adventure!
Before Returning the STINK…
Please complete the following tasks before bringing the van back from your trip:
- Refuel the gas tank. A refueling fee will apply if the tank isn’t topped off.
- Wash and put away any used dishes.
- Dump the grey water.
- Empty the toilet (if you booked this add-on).
- Leave used towels in the shower.
- Take out all trash.
- Quick cleanup check! Sweep/vacuum dirt, grass, or excess debris. A dustpan and handheld vacuum are provided. Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Check for personal items. Please double-check you’ve packed up everything before leaving the van.
- Return on agreed upon time. Late returns may incur a fee.

A few years ago, I rented this very van from the coolest couple in Colorado and totally fell in love with it. I told them, “If you ever sell it, call me first.” Well—they did. I went all in (broke, but stoked), and now Stink is officially mine.
I want to spend as much time as possible roaming around in Stink. But when I can’t be out exploring, I want others to have the chance to take it on adventures of their own. This van is way too cool to just sit still—it’s built to move, to explore!
