The RV was not properly prepared in a sense of cleanliness. There were a lot of smuges and fingerprints on the cabinets, microwave. Toys and clothing left behind from other renders behind and under the reclining chairs. The leveling Jack's didn't work or the backup camera. The hot water out of the water heater smelled like rotten eggs. The host did have it full of fuel and showed us how to operate the water and waste system.. The RV was well stocked with supplies for traveler who flew into town to where all we had to do was buy groceries and leave.

Pros: Vehicle ran well. Cory was very friendly and helpful. Large selection of dvds to choose from should you need some indoor entertainment Cons: Propane did not work for our trip meaning we could not use the oven or stove. Though Cory was willing to get on the phone with us to try to problem solve. Water had a very strong smell of sulphur, stronger than typical well water for reference. This meant we could take a shower in the RV as we had planned.

Trip was awesome. Cory the owner was super helpful and great to work with.
