Luxury 32 ft travel trailer with one slide that has plenty of space for everyone.
Our brand new 2022 Grey Wolf Bunkhouse has a large main bedroom with an upgraded memory foam mattress and storage for your clothing. There is a private entrance the bathroom that has a large stand-up shower and shallow tub if you need to give the littles a bath. There is more sleeping arrangements with 2 bunks and a pull out couch if needed. Plenty of indoor seating around the u-shaped dinette area. You can also choose to cozy up on the couch next to the electric fireplace and watch the 40” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 3 burner stove and oven, and microwave. You can also enjoy meals outdoors and use the convenient 2 burner outdoor stove top along with utilizing the outdoor fridge along with the icemaker. An outdoor tv can be added for a fee. This unit is perfect for your family vacation or a weekend getaway. We must follow campground check-in times so please check campground rules as they do differ from campground to campground.What’s Included
Our campers are fully stocked with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, forks and knives including actual steak knives and chef knives. Coffee pot and a one-shot pot that takes pods, toaster, blender for those smoothies or mixed cocktails, storage containers for any leftovers and dishes, cups, drink glasses, mixing bowls, and a pitcher for ice tea. We provide RV toilet paper especially made for campers. (Any other paper products can damage the septic system. Please DO NOT Throw feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.)
Outside, we include an outdoor rug and standard camp chairs that can be upgraded if desired. The radio has Bluetooth capabilities and has speaker both inside and outside. Our campers are delivered, and all hooked up for you to just bring your clothes and food then relax and enjoy.Our campers are dropped off with fresh sheets, bathmat and has been cleaned and sanitized. It will be cleaned and sanitized after your stay for our next guest. The need for excessive cleaning will result in an extra charge so we encourage you to keep up during your stay. Also, our towels are for bath use and are not to be taken to the beach. Please remember to bring beach towels.Our Rules to Remember
Absolutely no smoking in or around the camper. (tobacco, vape or other) If evidence of smoking or smoke odors are detected in the RV of any kind will result in a $500 fee or forfeit of your entire deposit. If your deposit is not sufficient to cover because of other damage, your credit card will be charged the balance.We allow the use of the awing and will show you how to extend and retract it upon arrival. The awning Must be retracted when the camper is left unattended and at night before bed. Failure to abide by these conditions may result in damage to the awning which you will be responsibility of the renter. If your security deposit is less than the damage this does not release you from paying the overages for the damage.
No climbing on the roof
The outdoor kitchen is to be closed any time you leave the campsite or retire to sleep for the evening. Failure to do this may result in any damage that will be the responsibility of the renter.
One set of keys will be provided. If they are lost or damaged, a fee of $50 will be deducted from your deposit.
Interior damage will be the responsibility of the renter and will be deducted from your security deposit.
All trash must be removed from the trailer before departure.
We clean, sanitize, and prep the RV for every renter which is why we charge a $75 fee. Cleaning supplies are stocked in the trailer to help you keep the camper clean during your stay. We require the RV be returned in a clean condition as received. We reserve the right to charge an additional $100 fee taken from your deposit if the trailer is not returned to our standards and an excess messes are left.
You are responsible to make your reservation and paying for your campsite. Please let them know you are renting thru Outdoorsy and the camper will be delivered and picked up by the owner (Comfy Camper RV Rentals). We will need campground name before the day of arrival. Campsite must be paid in full prior to arrival in order for us to deliver RV.
This is a 32’ travel trailer with 1 slide, you will need a minimum of 37’ length campsite. Note: we are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will not attempt to place it on a smaller site.
Height is 11’2” (no low hanging tree limbs)
30amp electrical service is required to run the RV with the AC unit
Sewer hook up recommended. A $50 fee if we have to come to pull the trailer and dump the sewage during your stay. Failure to call to dump will result in a $250 fine plus damages. Avoid all this by getting a site with sewer hook up.

4.0We were happy with the set-up and the cleanliness of the RV. The only negative was the outdoor burners were not connected to the gas line so we weren’t able to use them. Didn’t expect the rug and four chairs outside but they got a lot of use. Thanks!

The upgraded outdoor chairs were a bit hit with our friends who drove their RVs down and visited our campsite. Definitely a good choice for us. Anita and the entire team were very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely rent with her again.
