Take a slice of Magnolia with you wherever you go! This spacious, modern travel trailer is perfect for a romantic getaway or roomie enough for the whole family, including your furry friend(s)! The farmhouse decor offers a welcoming bed and breakfast feel and the amenities don’t run short! This trailer is equipped with all of the luxuries of home and features a queen sized primary bedroom, a set of bunk beds, a spacious bathroom, a dinette which transforms to a twin sized bed, a comfy sofa that folds out into another full sized bed and a full size fridge and freezer!Upon entry you are welcomed with an entertainment center complete with a television, DVD player and tons of movies for you to enjoy! Luxurious bed linens and protective mattress covers are included with each reservation.The kitchen comes fully stocked for your convenience. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils are provided along with washable plates and cups. Serving dishes, serving utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, basic cooking spices, and cookware are all included as well. Along with 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, a dish rack, and basic cleaning supplies! Kitchen and bathroom towels are also included along with at least 4 rolls of RV/Marine grade toilet paper. The wardrobe is even stocked with hangers. We’ve even got a pair of binoculars for stargazing in the evenings. Truly you just need to bring yourself and your personal items! What's included• (2) oversized cozy camping chairs

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unloaded again before you return Maggie to her home.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take Maggie on the road. There will also be a handbook inside of the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning and evening to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks don't drain it is likely that the tanks are just full and it's time to pull them. Upon leaving you always want to flush your black tank first, followed by the grey, and then a hose flush.
Q.How are your RVs cleaned?
A.
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before and after every reservation. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors and these units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt or dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you're camping!
