Review summary
Responsive, yet problematic issue resolution
Guests praise Greg's good communication and helpful instructions for use. However, one experience highlighted issues with his knowledge of the vehicle, reliance on AI for fixes, undisclosed leasing, and failure to follow through on promises, leading to false damage claims.
Equipped for comfort, but critical defects
The trailer is noted for its clean condition, comfortable layout, and provided extras for families. However, there were significant reports of a non-working water heater, an electric-only fridge (not dual fuel as promised), no spare tire, and structural issues like faulty cabinet latches and window screens.
