Welcome! We want you to relax, unwind, and make amazing memories while helping us keep the camper in great condition for future guests. Please review the following house rules prior to your trip:
• This is a delivery-only rental. Guests may not move or tow the camper after delivery.
• Please do not climb on the roof.
• The slide-out should only be operated by the owner unless otherwise discussed.
• The awning must be retracted during wind, rain, storms, or anytime the camper is left unattended. Awning damage caused by weather is the responsibility of the guest.
• No candles, fireworks, or open flames inside the camper.
• ONLY flush the provided toilet paper and/or RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other items.
• Please report any leaks or plumbing concerns immediately.
• Black and gray tank servicing is owner-managed unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• Space heaters are not permitted unless approved beforehand.
• Please avoid running multiple high-power appliances simultaneously to prevent breaker trips or electrical damage.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by overloaded circuits, misuse of electrical systems, or negligence.
• Pets are welcome, but may not be left unattended inside the camper unless crated.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, odors, stains, or accidents.
• If pets will be on furniture, please use a pet blanket or bed as a protective barrier.
• Prior to departure, please clean dishes, remove trash, and leave the camper in reasonably tidy condition.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the camper. Vaping is permitted respectfully and responsibly.
