Welcome to the hybrid Roo! This is one of the largest hybrid floor plans available. It has 3 drop down queen tent beds and a u- dinette slide out. You'll enjoy all the ammenties of a hard sided trailer but with all the air and light a popup or tent offers. Towing at ~ 25ft its nearly 30+ft in camper space set up. We've taken great pride in being the 2nd owners. In it's pre-loved condition it earned a couple bumps, bruises and a few stains (canvas) but nothing that impairs use or function. We've been busy thoughtfully cleaning, adding storage spaces, and updates while also focusing on regular Maintenance. We want to ensure our camper is safe and functional for years to come. This includes new goodyear endurance tires July of 21. We ask that you treat this camper as if it was your own. We likely have a trip coming up after you! Our kids have recently discovered they love everything about camping! We are including the activity/ art bin that we use on rainy days. There is a game cupboard suited for all ages. A variety of (older) DVDs included as well. We also understand that no one wants to leave their furry friends behind. We welcome a max of 2 dogs up to 20 lbs. Please see additional fees and cleaning charges. I'm sorry - no cats allowed due to allergies. We have a fully stocked kitchen with washable/reusable dinnerware. If you prefer less dishes(I get it, life is busy!!) you may want to bring your own paper products. Feel free to Instacart /dash your groceries ahead of time. I’m happy to stock the fridge! We swapped out the dinette table for a round table with drop leaves. It fits our family/ camper space better. Upon request we're happy to replace with the OEM table thus allowing 2 more sleeping spaces. This camper sleeps 6 comfortably accommodates 8 upon request.
