The Happy Hideout is an excellent place to make memories with your family, pet, and friends. Simplistic features and detailed operational guides make this the perfect rental for all levels of experience!Imagine pulling into your favorite campground being fully stocked (except food) for a once-in-a-lifetime trip. With luck, the weather is beautiful, so you decide to use the outdoor kitchen to cook a meal and grab a cold drink from the outdoor mini-fridge. You could have used the indoor stove, oven, or microwave, but why be inside? You choose to eat outside in the provided camping chairs under the electric adjustable awning.Now, it is time for a game! You head inside to the dinette slide-out to play one of the many options to choose from. Or after a day’s adventure, the outdoor shower can clean you or your pets keeping the mess outside of your home-away-from-home. Indoors is also a bath and shower in the spacious bathroom stocked with toilet paper and towels.The semi-private bedroom has a queen sized bed with 4 inches of foam toppers for added comfort, complete bedding, and curtain closures to allow privacy. There are two closets with hangers, storage under the bed , and cupboards above. In the back are two full sized bunk beds perfect for your kids, your best buddies, or extra storage space. The dinette table folds down into a bed for any additional guests, although it works best for the shorter folks- making 8 people possible. You stay at a comfortable temperature your whole trip thanks to the AC and the heat, plus the full propane tank.Pickups after 4pm on weekdays during the school year calendar or flexible availability on the weekends and summer.Dogs are allowed, but are never to be left alone unless contained in a crate. Cats are not allowed due to a family allergy. Please try to keep pets off of the furniture. A $50 non-refundable pet deposit is required for the additional cleanup.What's includedEverything you need except clothes and food are in the trailer already! I love renting my trailer and living vicariously through your grand adventures! 2025 is the third season I've been renting and it brings me joy to help others get outdoors to enjoy this beautiful state. Our family of 4 has traveled many places in comfort with this trailer; the beach, the mountains, and even just in our own driveway. My days are spent teaching 6th graders, my evenings for crafting or reading, and my weekends for the outdoors. I can't wait to meet you and your family or friends to provide excellent accommodations for your adventures!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
During the school year, 4pm on weeknights or later. We can always do a walkthrough the night before you would like to pickup and you can grab the trailer earlier. On the weekends, very flexible. During Summer Break (July and August) also flexible. Dropoff can be arranged most days and times.
Q.Can I dry camp with this trailer? Boondocking?
A.
Yes! At your request, the fresh water tank will be filled with water. A generator is also available if requested.
