5.0Had a great time! The trailer was dropped off and ready when we arrived. Had enough room for everyone. There is some cosmetic damage to the inside but that is to be expected on a rental. Be aware that the rear bunks are designed for kids not adults. The only small problem we had was that some of the outlets didn’t seem to work and I had no cell service to ask Roman about it. All in all we had a great time!

4.0Communication was practically non-existent after the booking was made, 2 weeks before we sent a question about the kitchen that was completely ignored, then the week prior we sent 3 messages across 3 different days asking to confirm the drop off logistics and then finally got a reply. The day of arrival as we were en route to the camp site we sent a message asking for the updated ETA for drop off and never got a response. We were very nervous but once we arrived we found that fortunately the RV had been dropped off. Later that day we sent a message asking if there was a key to the door, and then a second message later saying the camping table and linens we requested were not in the RV. Both of these messages were never replied to. At the end of our trip, we sent a message saying we were leaving the site and the RV was ready to be picked up and true to form there was never a reply to this message. In summary, the last reply came about a week before the trip and since then we have never heard a word. The RV itself was as described and worked perfectly for our trip.
