2023 Thor Motorcoach

This Thor RV drives easily, with power to get through Mtn’s. It has tons of accessories that are easy to use. Very well kept, and fully stocked. Our family had an amazing road trip visiting Ut, Az and So. Co.

Mauro is the definition of a good host. incredibly helpful, was available by txt and phone for any questions, helped us with anything we were unsure about. not to mention the gear that was in the RV that was provided, cleaning supplies, entertainment, etc. truly an incredible trip, and could not be without his help. will be using him for any rental needs i have going forward

At pick up, I commented that the exterior of the unit was very dirty. The host commented, "Yeah, but I figured it's only going to get dirty again (with all the weather) so I didn't wash it". Once I got the unit home to start packing it, (and before departure) I had to clean the windshield because of all of the baked-on bugs making it hard to see through it for our highway drive. On the inside, the unit was even dirtier. As I was loading the refrigerator, I opened one of the drawers to put food in and there was a melted ice-cream (popsicle) and the popsicle stick stuck to the bottom of the drawer that I had to clean and sanitize before I could stock the fridge. Additionally, the floors had multiple stains on them that I could (and did) wipe up). In doing so, I noticed the floors had not been cleaned/sanitized in any way. Once I extended the slider, there was even more dirt and debris and rocks I had to sweep up. The shower had not been cleaned either. The base had dirt in the corners, so it obviously had not even been wiped. Upon return of the unit, the host did not want to inspect the unit with me or have me sign any return paperwork. I thought it was strange when I asked him, "do you need to do a walk around with me or anything". He said, “No. Once I do the final inspection, you will hear from Outdoorsy”. I did not feel comfortable with the host's very unprofessional check in process and not having me sign any return forms. I would not recommend this unit or host for any future renters due to the condition it was delivered to me in (extremely dirty) and the very lax return check in process. I also have (in addition to the included photos posted here) a short video showing the extremely dirty floors of the unit that the site would not let me upload but I am happy to share if someone from Outdoorsy would contact me.

Mauro was super responsive and helpful. RV is a bit used but overall we had a great weekend with it!

Mauro, thank you for the incredible experience and support. You were professional with every single interaction. Thank you for answering ALL of our questions and concerns. The RV did great through the mountains and drove like a champ on the dirt road. If you have a family and you’re looking to make memories while drive on the road this is the right RV for you.
