Near-term reservations only as this RV is for sale. This RV makes camping a dream! Spacious but not too big to handle at 26 feet. Door to rear bedroom closes, offering privacy from the rest of the vehicle (more than just a curtain).Kitchen has a microwave, propane stove and oven, and double sink. Bathroom includes a small shower. The rear queen bed sleeps 2 adults. The bunk over the cabin (aka the “loft”) sleeps 2 adults. The futon sleeps 2 adults. The dinette converts to a bed that sleeps 2 short people (I’m 5’2 and anyone taller would want to sleep diagonally.)Kitchen/living area slides out to offer more space. Storage underneath includes a small table, camping chairs, cooler, drinking water hose, 30-amp surge protector, and light duty extension cord. Takes regular 87 octane gasoline. What's includedSee add-ons for additional services and rental items (e.g. bedding).Feel free to reach out to me with special requests if you don’t see what you’re looking for. With advance notice, it can be stocked with Camping chairs, small folding table, cooler, pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, cutting board, etc.
RecommendationsI have driven my RV coast-to-coast through 30 states and it has never broken down, thank God! Got new tires in September 2022. I love camping in my RV, and I hope you do, too!Other things to notePets are allowed because I want people to be able to travel with their four-legged family members. Thankfully everyone has been a responsible pet owner, returning the RV with no messes or pet damage. Thank you for keeping up this trend!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

You can add on an early pickup and/or late dropoff to avoid paying the full nightly rate.

Q.

Can I drive this RV even if I’ve never driven one before?

A.

If big rigs, firetrucks, double buses, and moving trucks can do it, so can you! Driving tips: Pay attention to height around signs and tree branches, use your mirrors, and make wide turns. Use a spotter when backing up. Do not drive in winds over 30 mph (it will feel like the handling is gone). Built on a Ford E450 chassis, layout will be familiar to Ford drivers. Set the parking brake by stepping on it; pull handle to release. Stay under 60-65 mph or the shaking will remind you to slow down.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

I have created a custom manual specific to my RV which is available at bit.ly/3F0pJ6e (case sensitive, and that is a Zer0 not an O)

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

I love camping, and an RV makes the experience that much more versatile! I’ve taken my teenage son, my dog, my cat, and my friends on trips to many beautiful locations—coast-to-coast across 30 states and counting!
