It has a queen sized bed, a dinette conversion and bunks. A/C and an electric fire place/heater. It’s a little less than 3000lbs dry weight and is 21ft long. It has one battery and one propane tank. The awning also has LED lighting to give a little extra light on the outside. It comes included with everything to fully hook up at a full hook up. What's included I filled it up with linens, pillows, blankets, coffee pot, coffee and filters. Kitchen essentials, basic cleaning supplies and toiletries. I also provide an outside rig, a few folding chairs, a picnic table cover. 5We had a great experience renting Rachel’s camping trailer. Both her and her and husband are very nice people and were accommodating when it came to our questions about the different features this trailer has. The generator provided was very quiet and made the experience of using the TV pleasurable to watch at night. I recommend renting this trailer and I look forward to renting it again myself. Thank you!

5Rachel was an excellent and communicative host from the very beginning. We rented the trailer for our daughter, son-in-law and their two young children. Plenty of room for their family. The trailer was delivered and picked up when promised and we received a thorough walk through of all of the features. Our daughter said it was clean and very comfortable. Great experience and we would definitely rent from Rachel again!
