From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully prepared and confident for our trip. Even before we scheduled and picked up the RV, he took the time to help me ensure my vehicle was properly capable of safely towing the RV. That gave me a lot of peace of mind as we were traveling quite a distance to rent the RV When it came time to hit the road, he didn’t just hand over the keys, he walked us through everything in detail. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the RV, from setup to operation, and answered every question with patience and clarity. It was clear he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to feel comfortable every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent and his willingness to help truly stood out. Because of him, we were able to fully enjoy our trip without any stress or uncertainty. We would absolutely rent from him again!

Returning the Camper: A Few Friendly Reminders
To ensure everyone has a fantastic experience, we kindly ask for your help with a few things when you return the camper:
Sparkling Clean Return: Please bring our camper back in the same tidy condition you received it. If it needs an extra cleaning upon return, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied from your deposit.
Please be sure to take all of your stuff. Place all used bedding and towels in hamper basket provided in shower. Take out all garbage and dispose of all unused food. Cleaning supplies are included with camper.
Tanks Tidy: We'd appreciate it if you could empty both the black and grey water tanks before returning the camper. You'll find a convenient dump station nearby at Bretz RV (4800 Grant Creek Rd, Missoula 59808). If the tanks are full upon return and you didn't select our tank dumping add-on service prior to rental, a $200 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Responsible Adventures: While we certainly hope it won't happen, please remember that the renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, impounds, or towing fees incurred during your rental period.
