-Must be 25 years or older to rent -No smoking or vaping inside the trailer -No illegal drugs -No festivals or large events unless approved -Renter must follow all campground and park rules -Renter must have a vehicle rated to tow the trailer weight. -No off-road towing (forest service roads are okay if approved). -Maximum towing speed 65 mph. -Renter responsible for checking lights, hitch, and safety chains before travel. -Pets cannot be left unattended in the trailer. -Any pet damage or excessive cleaning will be charged. -Trailer must be returned in similar condition to pickup. -Trash removed and dishes cleaned. -Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. -Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless dump service is purchased. -Only RV toilet paper may be used in the toilet -No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products -Any damage must be reported immediately. -Renter responsible for damage not covered by insurance. -Security deposit may be withheld for rule violations. -Pickup and return times must be respected. -Late returns may incur additional nightly charges. -A walkthrough will occur at pickup and return.
