The couch is better for smaller people like children. 40 gallon fresh water tank. It weighs about 4,500 pounds. I have used this camper for two years and every works. What's includedPropane is full. Water is full 40 gallons of fresh water. Comes with blankets and pillows. You may want to bring plates and bowls along with any kitchen cookware that you might need. The fridge works fine. Also has a freezer. RecommendationsRV parks are usually a good place to start if you don’t know where to stay!Other things to noteBe respectful. Return camper in clean condition.

The trip was great overall and the trailer was nice. However, the water pump seemed to have a bit of a problem - water was only a trickle in the faucets and shower.
