Additionally; to maintain a hypoallergenic environment and accommodate guests with sensitivities, we regretfully do not allow pets on board. Our commitment to providing a fresh and welcoming space necessitates these policies, ensuring that every visitor can enjoy a pristine and comfortable experience free from allergens and odors. We appreciate the cooperation of all guests in adhering to these guidelines, which help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and consideration for everyone's well-being.
We kindly request that guests return the RV with the same amount of gas in the tank as when they initially embarked on their journey. This ensures a smooth transition for subsequent travelers and helps maintain consistency in our operations. If gas requires a fill up, the charge will be the local price plus 25% per gallon refueling charge.

Why is the security deposit $1500?
A.
Unfortunately damage does sometimes happen when renting and the insurance provided by Outdoorsy does not cover all incidents of damage. The renter is responsible for all damages when renting and this ensures at least some of damages, accidental or otherwise, are covered during the rental period. If there are no damages or add-on fees during the rental, the deposit if fully returned by Outdoorsy.
