• Guest is responsible for awning damage if awning is left out and damage is due to rain and or wind. Please bring awning in if leaving camp unattended.
• Upon returning, please leave dirty towels in shower, and dirty linens on floor in bedroom.
• Mold can form easily so please use ventilation fan when showering.
• Festivals such as “Mud Fest” or other events that include mudding with off road vehicles is NOT permitted.
