You must dump and flush the sewer tanks, refill the gasoline and propane to its pick up levels to avoid additional fees. The fee for not dumping AND flushing the black sewer tank is $250. This fee is non-negotiable if the black and gray tanks are not completely emptied and flushed!

You will need to bring your own bedding (sheets & blankets), pillows, towels, and personal toiletries. You need to bring paper plates, bowls, and cups. You will want to bring your own camping chairs if you would like to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
