Trailer weighs about 13700 lb dry. We do offer delivery and setups for an extra charge would need to get an address for a quote. This trailer as a large 18 foot electric awning and automatic leveling jacks. Four Seasons trailer so it's very well-insulated. This has two 15000 BTU AC units. Also has an electric fireplace and propane furnace. Three TVs total. Sleeps 12 people comfortably. Great for large families or even 2 families.
