We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The camper was exactly as described and incredibly clean. It had everything we could possibly need and then some. They even stocked water for the coffee maker, provided shampoo, towels and other essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was super comfortable (best sleep had in months!), the A/C kept the camper nice and cold the entire trip, and everything worked perfectly. One thing we really appreciated was how accommodating they were. We always like to park our camper sideways on our site, and they had no problem (with permission from the campsite) setting it up exactly the way we wanted. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had absolutely no issues during our trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely rent from them again if the opportunity comes up. Highly recommend!
