Jason was extremely helpful during the reservation. The jeep/rooftop tent was fantastic! This rooftop tent is top of the line with tons of space. The camping gear was plentiful and very useful. I’m already looking forward to booking this one again!

Overall, great experience! Pickup and dropoff of the vehicle was convenient and was discussed through Outdoorsy chat. Communication, in general was pretty good - only had one small communication issue a few days prior to my trip that got ended up getting resolved. Hosts also left us a little goodie bag at the beginning of the trip which was really sweet. There were lots of items provided in the rental car that allowed us to not have to pack as many things with us since we were flying into Seattle. (i.e. pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, towels, lamp, jetboil, cooler, water container, etc). The rooftop tent initially took unexpectedly much longer to set up than we had anticipated. I think that was just given how unfamiliar we were with this particular tent (host did send a video tutorial for how to set up but our service at our campground was really spotty so it was difficult to watch the full video). We got the hang of it after setting up and putting it away a couple more times though! I would note though that it's much easier to set up with 2 people versus 1 person. This was a really memorable trip for my friend and I and the Jeep definitely played a large part in that!

Jason and his team (Dan and Isaiah) were excellent, they are kind, swift and attentive. The vehicle was in excellent condition as well as the accessories and the adds on. It was a great surprise how methodical and well established their pick up/drop off system is, making it a very efficient process. The tent is very spacious and well maintained, the propane tank was filled as well as the car tank. We will recommend them and book with them again

Rules and policies
Thanks for choosing Rubble for your adventure! To make sure your trip goes smooth and Rubble stays road ready for the next explorer, here are a few simple (but important) rules we ask all renters to follow: No Smoking or Vaping Seriously, no smoking of any kind inside the Jeep or rooftop tent. It’s not just about smells; smoke causes lasting damage. If we find evidence, a deep cleaning fee will be charged. Pets Pets are welcome with pre approval! Just give us a heads up first. Please clean up any fur, dirt, or mess. A pet cleaning fee may apply if things get too wild. Fuel Please return it with a full tank, same as how you received it. Cleanliness We know you’ll have fun, but please return Rubble in reasonably clean condition inside and out. Major spills, excessive dirt, or mud caked everywhere may result in an additional cleaning fee. We’ll take care of the normal dust and bugs, don’t stress minor stuff. Off Road Use Light off-roading like forest service roads, beach approaches, and graded trails is fine. No rock crawling, mud bogging, deep water crossings, or sketchy “hold my beer” moments. Damage from misuse is not covered and will be your responsibility. Pick up & Drop off Please arrive on time so we can walk you through everything and get you on the road. If you’re running late or need to adjust plans, just reach out, we’ll do our best to work with you. Rooftop Tent Use We’ll show you how to set it up and pack it down. Treat it like you would your own gear: dry it out if it gets wet, don’t force zippers, and no pets inside unless otherwise discussed. Accidents or Issues Stuff happens. If anything breaks, gets damaged, or stops working, let us know right away. Communication is key. Let’s keep it fun, respectful, and hassle free. We want you to have an epic trip, just treat Rubble like a trusted trail buddy.
