Review summary
Initial communication difficult, quick resolution
Initial communication via platform was challenging; owner wasn't aware of listing. However, once directly contacted, host quickly resolved issues like missing towels and apologized for messaging problems. One booking was canceled last-minute.
Clean, well-maintained, limited kitchen
The camper is clean, in great condition, and well-maintained. Guests should plan to bring their own linens (sheets, towels) and essential kitchen items like a coffee maker or toaster, as included amenities can be limited or inaccurate. Queen bed is firm, dinette cushions slide.

2.0The owner was not even told about the listing until the week of camping. The price was very HIGH. We recieved a email the week prior that was so small print we could not read it. No contract info, no phone number. Real downer

4.0We rented this camper for a family camping trip and overall had a wonderful experience. The camper was clean, in great condition, and fit our family's needs very well. As first-time camper renters, we learned a lot and wanted to share some details that may help future renters prepare. Prior to our trip, communication was a little challenging. We had difficulty getting responses through Outdoorsy and ultimately needed Outdoorsy to assist in reaching the host. Once connected, we spoke with a member of the host's team who answered our questions about the camper and what was included. We specifically asked if linens included bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, and were told yes. We also asked if the camper was stocked with pots, pans, and basic kitchen supplies, and were told it was. Upon arrival, we discovered towels were not provided. After reaching out, the host responded very quickly and personally delivered towels and washcloths to us that same day. He also apologized for the communication issues and explained that Outdoorsy messages were not notifying him properly. At check-in, we asked about the camp chairs, grill, and awning. The grill was available but needed to be assembled, and the team member kindly set it up for us. We were told the awning was operational, but they generally discourage its use due to the risk of wind damage and the potential liability associated with it. A few things future renters should be aware of: Bring your own linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. If you plan to use the additional beds, verify what bedding is provided, as only the queen bed was made up during our stay. The kitchen is functional but more limited than we expected. There were only a few pots and pans, limited kitchen utensils, and no coffee maker or toaster. The mattress on the queen bed is quite firm and may not be comfortable for everyone. The dinette seat cushions are not secured and tend to slide around when sitting. Consider bringing over-the-door hooks, as there is limited space in the bathroom for hanging towels. Despite these items, we had a great trip and enjoyed the camper very much. The host was quick to address concerns once contacted, and the camper itself was well-maintained and comfortable for our family. We would rent it again, but we'd come better prepared knowing exactly what supplies to bring.
