2.0Positives: Pick and drop off of the RV was easy, Adam communicated quickly and consistently, RV ran well, propane/gas/water were filled. Adam allowed us to pick up a few hours early as we were dropping off a day earlier. Negatives: RV smelled like sewage the entire trip from the start, toliet seat cover was too big and wouldn't stay open and when you went to stand would slam down, table kept sliding down and wouldn't stay up, generator would randomly shut down, auto level did not work (which Adam knew but didn't disclose in the ad). What was most frustrating is Adam tried to get us to pay for a new awning arm, when I disputed this (since we didn't touch the awning) he then clarified with his team and found out it was broken before. Be wary of using this company. It's clear to me that they will try to get you to pay for things you didn't break. Their RV's are not new and have issues, which if disclosed in advance is one thing, but to not disclose things then try charging us for things we didn't break is just ridiculous. If I hadn't disputed the claim about the awning arm, I would have been paying for it!
