Frank was great to work with and very helpful in explaining the in's and out's of the van when you pick up. He even offered picking up and taking to the airport after drop off. The van includes all the essentials you need for cooking and camping and even includes some inside privacy curtains for when you are inside and need extra privacy. The van is easy to drive and maneuver around towns. I would rent this van from Frank again.

Nice sized lil rig. Easy to drive. Easy to park. Easy to see out of, comfy bed … + super gas milage. Had a fab fall Acadia trip with my middle kiddo. We didn’t spend much time at the campgrounds … always off to catch a sunrise or sunset. Perfect way to travel
+ immerse yourself in the state of Maine. Tim made pick-up + drop-off at the airport a breeze.

The host, Karen, was very accommodating with our pick up and drop off times. She spent a perfect amount of time with us at pick up, familiarizing us with how everything in the Sprinter van works. She was friendly, wonderful to learn from, and very knowledgeable.
The van itself is a little older but in excellent condition. When we picked up the van it was clean and well-stocked with literally anything you would need for a road trip. All we needed to bring was ourselves, clothes, and food!
We camped in northern Maine over a fall weekend, and having heat in the morning was a treat. Playing cards in a warm comfy van was also great once it got too cool outside at night.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone on the fence about what camping in a van is like, or interested in testing out van life. It was great! Our pup loved it too!
