1First of all, I made it clear to Trevor that we were camping in a primitive area and that is one reason I picked his trailer because he had a generator. When I arrived to pick up the travel trailer I immediately noticed all of the tires on the trailer appeared to be under inflated, which Trevor informed me he just added air to one of the tires. During the pretrip inspection, I observed 2 of the 4 tires on the trailer to be very bald near the inside. Then, as we were doing a walk thru, he informed me one of the two propane tanks had about a day usage of propane but, the other one was full, which turned out to be BS! We continued walking around the trailer and I observed the license plate to display an expiration date in 2023, which gave me pause because, I am a retired deputy sheriff and I know the operator of the tow vehicle is responsible for everything regarding the tow vehicle, and/or trailer and all of its contents etc. Anyway, as we continued around the trailer he pointed out the break away cable for the trailer brake controller was broken, which of course I had to fabricate a make shift solution. Also, the fresh water tank was NOT full, which I had to fill. Anyway, as soon as I pulled the trailer to my residence, to load for our adventure, I checked the air pressure of all of the tires, to include the spare and the psi varied between 42-49 psi and they were supposed to be inflated to a cold 65 psi. Therefore, I had to air up all the tires to include the spare, ugh! Then, we were off on our adventure and had a blow out on one of the tires that I observed to be substandard when I took possession, which I changed. Then, when we arrived in camp we quickly realized the battery would not charge and i contacted Trevor and explained the circumstances and told him I would purchase a new battery so, I wouldn't be out a major expense for fuel for the generator and he agreed! The bottom line is, I would never again rent from this renter again in this lifetime period!!!

4Trevor was very easy to work with. Anything that we needed before and during the trip he was quick to respond. The camper was clean and stocked with the essentials.
