• Your tow vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 6,500 lbs.
• A Class III hitch or stronger is required, along with a 7-pin connector and working trailer brake controller.
• You are responsible for knowing your vehicle’s tow ratings and ensuring it is equipped for safe towing.
• Driving & Safety:
• Do not exceed 65 MPH when towing. Speeding increases the risk of sway and blowouts.
• No off-roading, dirt roads, beaches, or non-paved surfaces unless pre-approved.
• Avoid tight turns, sharp corners, or low clearance areas.
• Always double-check that the trailer is securely hitched, level, and lights/brakes are working before departure.
• No smoking inside the trailer—violations result in forfeited security deposit.
• Prohibited Use:
• No rooftop access or climbing on the RV for any reason.
• No international travel (e.g., Canada or Mexico) without prior written approval.
• No use at large parties, festivals, or tailgates unless explicitly approved.
• Responsibility & Liability:
• You are fully responsible for any damage caused while the trailer is in your possession.
• This includes: undercarriage damage, tire blowouts, awning misuse, water system misuse, or interior damage.
• You agree to perform basic safety checks during your trip (tire pressure, brakes, hitch security).
• Return Guidelines:
• Black and gray tanks must be dumped before return (or a dump fee will apply).
• Return the trailer in clean condition—swept out, surfaces wiped down, and all trash removed.
• Late returns may result in additional nightly charges.
