Pros: Ken is a very responsive and kind host. Any questions we had, he answered very quickly. He arrived at the campground 15 minutes before our scheduled time to meet up and had the RV almost set up when we got there. Towards the end of the trip our group was wanting to extend the trip by one more day and Ken was willing to let us keep it the extra day. When we couldn't stay because of availability issues with the campground, Ken offered to let us stay in his RV one more night in the campground he would be moving it to for his family to enjoy over the weekend. Both AC's worked very well, which was important to us as we stayed during the month of August. We didn't have enough fitted sheets that would fit the beds in the RV, and Ken provided what we needed when we asked about it. Cons: the family lived full time in this RV and it has not been taking well care of on the inside. Most cabinets are broken or completely missing. The pictures that are on the listing must have been taken sometime before all the damage was done, so they do not reflect what you are getting. We felt like that was deceptive, in a way, and that they should be updated to show what you will actually get upon arrival. For example, the washer closet doors are completely missing. The trash can pull out comes off its hinges and feels like it will completely break with one wrong move. The couches were torn up, though they did operate fine. It was clean in some places, but very grimy in others. There were holes in the wall where it seemed they started the process of patching, but was never finished. Staying in this RV with 3 children under 12, made us feel very on edge because we were never sure what would be further damaged by ours, just from normal use. Having stayed in it for 4 nights, we were able to enjoy our trip, but were very disappointed that we chose this RV over other options that were newer and actually less per night than this one. If this RV was about $75 less a night we might not have been so upset, but in this case, we could have stayed in a much nicer RV (much less a bigger, nicer cabin) for the same cost per night. We would suggest some time be spent updating and fixing the RV to match the cost per night, or dropping the nightly rate a substantial amount to match what you are getting when you rent it.

Ken was absolutely awesome to rent from! He was super accommodating and made the whole experience fantastic. For the first fifth-wheel RV experience, Ken gave so much insight and was able to answer all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us recommendations on sights to see and restaurants to check out in the area. It was truly a pleasure and we would never hesitate to rent from Ken again.

We really enjoyed renting this RV, as it is extremely spacious and very functional! The RV itself is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable! We were able to relax, stretch-out, and enjoy our time at the horse show. The beds were very comfortable, best sleeping we've experienced in an RV rental. It was a fairly warm weekend and the AC units kept us very cool and cozy! No surprises, everything works as advertised. Would definitely rent this RV again. Ken, our host/RV Owner, was extremely easy to work with! He's very thoughtful, considerate, and very personable! He took care of the entire setup for us, and we didn't have to do anything except move-in. Ken, and his helper (Aiden), even gave us an extensive walk-through prior to their departure. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with the RV operations. Great communications throughout the entire rental process. Certainly made our trip so much easier, and allowed us to focus on the show for the weekend.

Ken was an amazing host. His RV is very comfortable and well appointed. He was responsive whenever we had questions and accommodating to our unique needs. I highly recommend renting from him.

This was a wonderful RV to stay in for first timers. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the three of us. The owners were extremely kind and hospitable offering to supply anything we needed. It was a great camper and we felt right at home.
