I'd NEVER rent from them again! We were offered a bribe for a 5 star review, they over-promised & under-delivered on almost everything, nickel & dimed us to death and then almost made us miss our flight home because they were late and refused to meet us at the airport as promised and as we had paid for! And the RV had major issues as well as all the problems caused by the horrible management. They are the worst! If there were negative stars, I'd give them that rating. I gave ChillRV every opportunity to resolve my issues with them, but instead they doubled down and were anything but chill.

We’re disappointed to receive this review, especially given the events that transpired behind the scenes.We provided timely airport delivery despite a delayed flight (without charging extra), picked her up from the airport and took her back to the airport at the end, even refunded her for optional add-ons she complained about as not being "up to her standards" as a courtesy to try to provide a positive experience. Unfortunately, her expectations were not rooted in what was promised or delivered.

This is the first time I rent an RV and I am really glad that I choose Chill RV. The vehicle was clean and well prepared for the trip. The team was very professional and friendly. Nika walked me through the vehicle during the delivery and she is available 24/7 to answer any questions we have. We had a great time and will definitely rent from Chill RV again in the future.

Our experience with Nikkia’s RV was outstanding. John dropped off the RV for us and gave a full and thorough tutorial of all the critical logistics in addition to the library of “how tos” on the iPad and Nikka provided immediate responses for any additional questions. Pick up was just as seamless and easy - John is a delight. The RV was terrific with a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed plus add on amenities for an amazing family vacation. The diesel RV ran so well and was very efficient we just loved it! We named her Melanie the Merc 😉.

This RV was absolutely PERFECT for our trip! We loved every moment of traveling in this beauty. We really appreciated how much the company has done to ensure the vehicle was in tip top shape and it felts very clean. We are so particular about cleanliness and were really worried about renting, but turns out we had nothing to worry about. I absolutely cannot wait to do this again!! Already counting down to our next trip.

We loved renting the rv, my family and I enjoyed it. We took it to Rincón to see what we need in an Rv and because of that we bought an rv ourselves this weekend. Mila was great she even brought the Rv her self, which was a plus for me. I really appreciate all the instructions they provided.
