Good morning! The reason for my 4 1/2 stars is this: The rental representatives Ms. Angela and Ms. Kim was outstanding! They answered all of my questions prior to departure and during the walk-thru of the RV. Very knowledgeable! While we were on vacation, I had a question about the RV and Ms. Angela responded in a timely manner. Upon returning the RV, they showed genuine concern as to how was the RV and if we enjoyed it on our trip. We rented the Forest River FR3 30DS-16 and I drove it to FL. The RV itself looked very nice inside and out. The drive and the ride was not so much. I didn't expect it to drive or ride like a luxury vehicle but I did expect it to drive and ride better than what it did. For instance, it was challenging to keep it within the lane. The steering column was very loose and hard to steer. We came into a lot of road construction and every time I drove over rough road it felt and sounded like the vehicle was coming apart. Very loud in the cockpit area and hard to hold conversations with the co-pilot. I wouldn't recommend driving this vehicle that distance because of the poor performance. Needless to say, this will not stop me from renting again with Road Adventures by Mark Wahlberg! The people are great and their customer service is fantastic. I will most likely rent another RV from them (newer model) so that the drive and ride will be most enjoyable. Thanks again Ms. Angela and Ms. Kim for your excellent customer service!

Everything was fantastic and we had such a great family trip and experience! Service was great, they answered all our questions (as first time rv'ers we were a little nervous), RV was amazing and overall highly recommend!
