This is my family RV. Very well taken care of and we need the same from our renters.With the V10 gas engine there is plenty of power to tow a vehicle (extra charge be be needed), or go to the high plains...this RV will make the trek easily.

All kitchen utensils, pots pans, lines, coffee and coffee maker, eco-friendly soaps for you, the dishes or cleaning up a mess. This is a well stocked RV for your comfort and peace of mind.RecommendationsThis easy to drive rig has been across the country from Texas to Florida, to Colorado and back a few times. No issues at all. It's like driving a 15 passenger van with a big back end.Other things to noteThe basic rules of the RV rental:
Enjoy the use...replenish what you use (fuel, check oil, salt, sugar etc.)
Bring it back as clean as you got it and I can likely waive the cleaning fee
Fill the fuel tank
If you break, fix it or I can and charge you accordingly.Basically I am a dad of 10 sons and I KNOW things happen. But I also know the responsibility that comes with using another persons property and that is to take care of it better than if it were mine. I expect the same from you and will be there to help anytime needed.Please verify your personal insurance will cover you and your family AND the RV incase of an accident. I will need to see verification. If not extra insurance is available and may be required.The generator is available for use on a per hour basis and some restrictions will need to be followed for the safety and longevity of the unit.Mileage will be discussed, but I want you to enjoy your use of my RV so less limits will be imposed to those who baby my machine as well.No smoking in the RV. I will charge what it takes to clean and remove all evidence of the smoke. This unit has never been smoked in.Pets are allowed, if they destroy or break anything you will be responsible to fix or pay for it to be fixed in as good of condition as it was when you left.SPECIAL NOTE - I now have a mobile Starlink in the RV. $75 and up per trip.
