Our rig is a 36 foot Super C Diesel with everything you need to make for an easy and memorable trip. Our family of 6 started out as RV renters so we know the frustrations found in a lot of rentals. This is a 50 amp rig with TWO air conditioners. We want to make sure you have everything you need but still space to store your stuff. We include cooking utensils, board games, camping chairs, basic cooking supplies, blankets, towels, and sheets. Our RV has an outdoor TV, large awning and outdoor kitchen with blackstone grill. This RV drives like dream with a wider stance and more headroom than your typical class C. Kids will love the bunk beds with individual TVs/DVD players. The master bedroom also has a TV as well as the over-the-cab bed with TV that can swing out for the dinette and couch to watch too. If you have a big family like us, the larger residential kitchen will be the stuff of dreams. No more semi-frozen eggs in the fridge ;-) Please note that we do not have a generator but we have two large battery back-up systems that will operate standard electrical for 10 hours without re-charge and air-conditioning for about 5 hours without re-charge. Please let us know in advance if you plan to boondock with the RV.What's includedIncludes: Cooking utensils, dishes for 12, board games, camping chairs, basic cooking supplies, blankets, towels, sheets, blackstone grill and grilling tools, all the hook-ups you need. Contact us if you need delivery and/or pick up service to a local campground, there is an extra charge. We also live 20 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport.Other things to noteNo smoking. Please contact us if you are interested in bringing along your dog. We need a description of the dog (size, temperament, etc.) and reserve the right to accept or deny any dog for any reason. Please note that we do require renters to sign a supplemental rental agreement that clearly outlines acceptable use of our Motor Coach and what you are responsible for.

Proactive guidance and strong support

Carla and Chris offered driving tutorials, helpful instruction videos, and comprehensive checklists. They were praised for quick responses, accommodating nature, and providing numerous useful accessories inside the RV. However, two booking cancellations and one instance of owner absence at return were reported.

Spacious and easy to drive

Guests consistently found the RV clean, spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive, with ample sleeping space. It was often described as in perfect condition and running great. One renter, however, reported significant issues with its generator, furnace, water heater, and engine battery.

My hosts Carla and Chris helped me and my family feel like pro RV owners. They thought of all things that we would need and we needed them. Their RV was so organized with baskets, instructions, checklists, cleaning supplies, cozy supplies, and cooking supplies. This was our first experience, as adults, in an RV and now we know for next time to attach one of our cars for the road, or rent a car. Once we parked at a campground we did not want to go anywhere. It was a very fun, cost efficient, very comfortable, and new skill learning experience that we will love to do again.

Beware of this listing. Be prepared to spend significant time and energy troubleshooting multiple RV systems. During our trip we experienced issues with the generator, furnace, water heater, and RV engine dead battery. Owner was not present for RV return to show these issues and claims everything works perfectly.

My husband and I have 4 kids and since 4 isn't quite enough crazy for us, we like host foreign exchange students during the school year too. We started out in the RV world as renters and got hooked. We recently bought an RV and want to create the perfect rental experience for you. We love national parks and we want our kids to see the world.
