• If anything breaks or is damaged, we get it. We’ll be reasonable. Normal wear and tear is understandable, dogs and kids destroying things is not.
• Only the provided TP is allowed down the toilet to prevent major issues.
• Return the camper swept and wiped down or we can take care of that for an extra cleaning fee.
• Please empty the tanks before you return it or we can do it for you for a charge.
• If you need extra time for pick up or drop off, happy to arrange if possible.
• Absolutely no smoking, vaping or anything similar in the camper.
• Have fun, enjoy your home away from home.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally flexible with pickup and drop off times on the same day. If schedule allows, happy to allow for extra days too.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The trailer is reasonably light and easy to tow. The anti-sway bars which are included help even further with stability. A Bluetooth trailer brake controller will be provided as well if your tow vehicle is not equipped with one.
The biggest trick to towing is stay in the slow lane, go slow, and give lots of extra space for stopping and turning.
