** The plumbing is winterized from Dec - Mar (fresh water tank is empty). If you are going somewhere warm, I can fill the water tank prior to your trip.Detailed build-out for efficiency and storage! Plenty of space between the overhead and floor cabinets. The "garage" has enough room for 3+ bikes. Fully insulated (walls, floor, ceiling) with insulated window shades. Driver seat swivels to create a 2 person table.Features:
