Review summary
Friendly, responsive, and supportive
Lin provides great communication, responds quickly to issues, and offers assistance and tools even when guests are on the road.
Easy to drive, spacious layout
Guests appreciate its easy driving feel, like an SUV, and spacious interior with a slide-out. While some noted it was kept in top shape, one guest reported critical issues: a dangerous generator CO leak, water/sewage leaks, and worn interior.

5.0We had a wonderful trip, and grateful to Lin for making her RV available to us. A couple minor issues arose during the trip, but Lin responded quickly and helped us find a resolution. The RV is plenty spacious for a family of 3-4, especially if you intend to create an outdoor living area adjacent to it. Also, drives very easily -- far more like an SUV than a bus. Thanks again, Lin!

3.0Good communication, accurate description of RV. Exterior was dirty and interior seemed worn for equipment age. Water system had persistent leak. Tank gauges were unreliable. Sewage discharge pipe had pinhole leaks. *Generator leaked CO into cabin and triggered alarm*
