We bought this popup from friends who purchased it new in 2000. No leaks and everything works. Simple. Fully functional. Clean. Lots of Fun!What's includedPopup comes with Air and heat. It also has a small refrigerator and a sink. The dinette slides out to allow for extra room. Has an electric wench to raise and let down roof. King bed on one side and Queen on the other. Sofa makes a bed. Storage under sofa and dinette. Tinted zip windows. Includes a gas 3 burner stove that can be used inside or outside (we prefer you use it outside). Comes with full propane tank. Please replace with a full tank (can pay extra for us to replace). Also has a small 5 cup coffee pot. RecommendationsWe love state parks! Works great in any campground!Other things to notePlease no smoking inside. Pets are fine but please do not leave them alone inside. Remember to replace the propane. We can also set up and take down for you for a small fee. We also have a camping cook box for rent and a camping misc. Box for rent. Linens are available upon request and small fee.
