The Jayco 264bh is perfect for family get aways and/or a couple looking for a nice "camping" adventure! With its low curb and tongue weight, many vehicles can pull this amazing trailer. We pride ourselves on keeping our camper clean and ready for your (or our!) next adventure!Comes equipped with a large power awning with (dual zone) outdoor speakers on the awning itself and interior speakers, 24" smart TV in the living/dining space and 32" smart TV in the "Master Bedroom". Outside accessible mini fridge to cool off without tracking in dirt, outside shower for cleaning off the wilderness before going inside, Exterior TV wall mount (32" master bedroom TV on quick release mount to bring outside). Inside you'll find a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, single serve coffee maker, toaster, 2 bunk beds, dining table converts to additional bed, a sofa that can jackknife into a bed, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, upgraded shower head and more!Linens are provided for the "master bedroom" short queen and the 2 full bunk beds (300lb limit each!), towels (for 6) for the bathroom, kitchen stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pizza stone with cutter and utensils (place settings for 6). "Master" Bedroom short queen has been outfitted with an additional 4" memory foam topper with a cotton soft topper on top of that for increased comfort after a fun day in the wilderness!Any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask!With all bookings, we will provide a quick rundown on the amenities, features and need to know items on the trailer. Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We are normally pretty flexible with pickup and drop off times, more flexible on weekends. Can generally either do a morning (7a-10a) or evening (3-6p) pickup/drop off time on weekdays to work around primary work schedule.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

The camper runs off a 30amp electrical plug standard for travel trailers/campers/RVs. We do provide a 50amp - 30amp adapter in case the campground or location only has a 50amp connection. There is also a 30amp - 110v adaptor if all you have available is a standard wall plug, however this type of electrical connection generally cannot support running the AC/Heat/electric side of water heater. For water, a hose with proper pressure adaptor is provided, drain/waste line also provided with camper.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Using a proper weight distribution hitch while towing is recommended, we do have one available for use as well. We provide a walkthrough and are more than happy to answer any questions pertaining to the operation of the amenities and items within the camper. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask, no such thing as a dumb question!
