Very clean and comes with many items stocked.Optional delivery available upon request. The 2 standard queen beds fold down on the ends (very easy setup), includes heated mattresses. The sofa sleeper comfortably sleeps 2 adults and the dinette will sleep 2-smaller persons (kids/teenagers). Camp chef w/propane (optional). Sway hitch (optional).
