5.0Highly Recommend! When our original RV reservation cancelled within 24 hours of pick up, Open Route RV saved the day. Not only did they get the rental ready for us in a short amount of time, they added extra surprises for our children who were celebrating birthdays during our trip. It is clear they take pride in their vehicles. It was beautiful and clean. Drive smoothly and was in great condition. Excellent & timely communication. We were very well trained on this particular model before leaving and they were readily available to answer any questions if needed. Would absolutely rent from them again.
