You must also agree to pay an additional RV detailing fee and sign an additional contract addendum*We have a beautiful 2018 Thor A.C.E. 30.4 Motorhome available for rent. This is the ultimate rental for those who love a great space and have a sense of adventure. Pictures reflect two versions of the RV, but the current motorhome is the image with the silver glitter exterior wrap. You'll still catch a glimpse of a few positive affirmations and signatures in hidden spots though, from our tour in 2018.This RV sleeps 8 but I'd say it's more comfortable for 2-6 adults. You could have up to 8 with smaller kids. Included in your rental is a test drive, walk through training, free parking of your vehicle at our home if applicable, 24/7 phone support with professional RV tech to make sure you're always supported during your adventure, and flexible pickup/dropoff (when available - not guaranteed). There are never stupid questions, please ask.What's includedRental of our RV comes with the motorhome, linens, towels, outdoor chairs and tables, games, all cooking needs, private and secure parking at our home, basic toiletries, RV toilet paper, and more.Here is a list of the typical amenities we try to stock in the RV for your use. Hosts Danika and Bill were very generous, gracious, and helpful! They asked and supplied everything that my wife and I needed for our trip to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. They cleaned up the RV and made sure everything was working before we departed, and they gave their contact information to answer any and all questions along the way. On top of all that, they were very generous with the mileage and the propane usage. Five stars all the way!

Danika and Bill made the process very easy. They were extremely flexible with pick up and drop off. The vehicle was stocked perfectly with items you don’t want to have to purchase for your trip. All we needed to buy was food and it was stocked with ancillary items like tin foil, plastic wrap, spices, etc. that made it easy. Everything we needed worked perfect and a couple things that were not perfect seemed consistent with the normal use of the vehicle. Danika communicated the small cosmetic issues and it was no problem at all. The addition of towing the Jeep was amazing! Easy to hook up and tow and gave us great flexibility at our stops. Me, my wife and four daughters had a fantastic time! Thanks again Danika and bill.

This was our first time renting an RV and taking a family vacation. We weren't quite sure how it would go, but it was amazing! The renters got us started off right with an informative tutorial. They shared all the tips and tricks so we felt fully prepared. They were so kind, friendly and fun that we were excited and ready to go. They had the RV perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we might need. We had an amazing adventure. We would highly recommend renting your next RV from them.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will work with you to make your RV pickup and dropoff as easy as possible. We live within 10 minutes of Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport. We also offer on site parking for your vehicle if you are driving. We will be flexible with pickup/dropoff times as long as it does not interfere with our cleaning schedule between rentals.
Q.Do you rent for festivals?
A.
Yes, we do consider requests for some festival rentals, however, we do want to talk to our potential renters prior to booking to go over expectations and understand the nature of the festival. At this time, we are not accepting requests for Burning Man.
