The generator didn’t work from the moment we pulled the RV out of the lot

That’s a false statement. The generator worked for 4 hours per the odometer, and when you returned the rv, and the fuel level was full, it fired up right away

BEWARE OF EXTRA (HIDDEN) CHARGES AFTER YOU RETURN THE RV! Out of nowhere, we had to return our RV in the morning (11am) instead of the afternoon (5:30pm) like we originally put on our reservation through Outdoorsy. So we were told at drop off that they were charging us an extra $89 as a late fee. We also were going to be charged an extra $100 because we brought our dog but nowhere on the listing did it say that there was a nonrefundable pet deposit. It only mentions the RV as being pet friendly.
