Review summary
Prompt communication, reliable service
Sarah and husband provide seamless delivery/pickup, respond immediately to questions, and often cool the unit before arrival, though one guest reported slow issue response.
Clean, well-equipped, family-friendly
The camper is consistently described as clean, new, well-stocked with amenities like an outdoor grill. Beds are comfortable and it sleeps families with children well, but one guest experienced kitchen flooding and non-functional bedroom AC.
