We’ve heard nothing but great things from everyone that has dealt with this company in the past so we were excited about the opportunity to rent from them however it didn’t quite live up to expectations. We were expecting a unit that was well taken care of and ready for us when we arrived to pick up but there were some issues. The license plate was barely hanging on and a brake light lens was missing along with some dirt and other debris inside. I know some things happen out of their control but these were some things that could’ve been fixed/looked over before we showed up, especially with previous few days showing open to rent. The big one for us was we found the bed frame to be cracked right down the middle which made it unusable for us on our trip. Customer service was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and sent back a few bucks for the bed issue. It was definitely nice having the A/C, a fridge, and our own space while we were away. We were definitely disappointed in the quality/preparation coming from a company that everyone speaks extremely highly of but overall we enjoyed our trip and having a camper. Despite the experience we had this trip we will keep them in mind for future rental/purchase.

The only issue we had was on the return. We knew that you are closed on Sunday but was told when we scheduled the rental that we could drop off and place keys in the drop box. When we got there all gets we’re locked and blocked. If we did not know about your location in town we would have had an issue as we do not have a location at our home to park a trailer. I would suggest letting people know about your location and placing a key box there for Sunday drops. Also, maybe an emergency number that will be answered. I called and left messages and emailed but have yet to even have either one acknowledged. The unit was great and we enjoyed it. Thanks Ralph Wood
